Heaven's Door is the whiskey brand of Bob Dylan, and this is its straight rye from the USA, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It was finished in barrels of Vosges oak, a French oak. The French oak finish gives it an aroma that differs from typical American ryes. Soft mint and spice sit alongside warm vanilla, light caramel and subtle wood spices, and the finish is long with a fresh touch.
