Hercules Mulligan Rum & Rye is a spirit drink made from Caribbean aged rum and American rye whiskey, with ginger and bitters added. It takes its name and inspiration from a spy of the Revolutionary War era, and is bottled at 38% ABV.
The rum brings caramel sweetness, the rye adds spice and the ginger gives a zesty lift.
The aroma is warm molasses, ginger spice and hints of oak. The finish is long and warming, with a slight bitterness from the bitters.
