Hibiki 30 Years Old Kacho Fugetsu Limited Edition (70cl, 43%)

Hibiki 30 Years Old Kacho Fugetsu is a limited edition Japanese blended whisky from Suntory. It combines malt whisky from the Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries with grain whisky from Chita, and the youngest whisky in the blend is 30 years old. It is bottled at 43% ABV. The Kacho Fugetsu edition takes its name from a Japanese phrase meaning flower, bird, wind and moon. It comes in Hibiki's 24-facet bottle, which represents the 24 seasons of the lunar calendar. The nose brings dark dried fruit, sandalwood, subtle smoke and oak. On the palate there are raisins, dark chocolate, mizunara oak spice and concentrated malt, followed by a very long, elegant finish.
