Hibiki Blossom Harmony 2021 is a Japanese blended whisky from Suntory, in a 70cl bottle at 43% ABV.
It is the first Hibiki blend to be aged in Sakura, or cherry blossom, casks, and one of Suntory's first releases to use this experimental wood. The aim is for the character of the wood to come through without overwhelming the palate.
The notes for this release point to a bright, floral character.
