Hibiki Blossom Harmony 2022 is a limited-edition Japanese whisky from Suntory, bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
It combines malt and grain whiskies that have been finished in Sakura wood casks.
Rose petals, lychee, rosemary, sandalwood and mature oak lead the nose. Honey, candied orange peel, white chocolate and Mizunara oak run through the palate and linger into the finish.
