Hibiki Harmony is a Japanese blended whisky from Suntory, made from selected malt and grain whiskies in a 70cl bottle at 43% ABV.
The whiskies are aged in five types of cask, among them rare Mizunara oak. The bottle has 24 facets, which represent the Japanese seasons.
It is usually described as having notes of honey, candied orange and subtle spice, leading to a smooth finish that is floral and fruity.
