Hibiki Japanese Harmony is a Japanese blended whisky, bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The nose opens with rose and soft, fruity lychee, followed by a touch of rosemary, firm wood notes and sandalwood.
On the palate there is a lightly sweet honey note, then candied orange peel and white chocolate. The finish is gentle and soft, with a hint of cinnamon from Mizunara, the Japanese water oak.
