High Horns is a blended Scotch whisky released by Sazerac, in a 750ml bottle at 43% ABV. It has no age statement and combines malt and grain whiskies made in Scotland.
The nose brings toasted oak and malted barley, with dried plum, white pepper, honey and a little light smoke. The palate opens with ripe prune and dark berry, then stewed apple and caramel, with vanilla, toasted grain, cinnamon and mild smoke. The finish is warming and of moderate length, with oak tannin, dark fruit and a subtle spicy edge.
