Highland Park 12 Year Old Viking Honour is a Scotch single malt in a 70cl bottle, aged for 12 years in sherry casks and amber gold in colour. The bottle carries a Viking design.
The barley is malted over peat fires, and the whisky matures mainly in European and American oak casks that previously held sherry.
Tasting notes describe Seville oranges, spiced fruit cake and cinnamon, with heather honey, vanilla and waves of peat smoke.
