Highland Park – 15 Year Old (70cl, 44%)

This is a 15-year-old single malt from Highland Park, bottled at 44% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in first-fill sherry-seasoned American oak, first-fill sherry-seasoned European oak and refill casks. The American oak adds warm vanilla sweetness, while the European oak brings richer spice and dried fruit, all set against the distillery's aromatic, heathery peat. Expect honey-glazed pineapple, lemon zest and ripe orchard fruit alongside vanilla bean, crème brûlée and toasted cinnamon, with a gentle floral smoke and a subtle coastal note underneath. The finish is long, with vanilla, citrus and aromatic peat.
