Highland Park Full Volume is a 17-year-old Orkney single malt, distilled in 1999 and bottled in 2017 at 47.2%. It is a limited edition release, in a 70cl bottle.
Unlike the distillery's sherry-focused expressions, it was matured entirely in 481 first-fill bourbon casks. It is bottled without chill filtration.
The nose offers bright vanilla, citrus peel and creamy coconut with aromatic peat smoke. On the palate come vanilla custard, orange peel, grapefruit, fudge, heather honey and light smoke. The finish is gently smoky, with vanilla, citrus zest and a touch of pepper.
