The whisky matured for 20 years in a single sherry cask and was bottled without chill filtration.
The nose is rich sherry fruit, with dried figs, raisins and candied orange, set against smoke and honey. The palate is full-bodied, with dark chocolate, Christmas spices, nuts and subtle smoke over sherry sweetness. The finish is long and warming, with spice, dried fruit and an elegant smokiness.
