The whisky matured in sherry-seasoned European and American oak casks.
The nose is typically described as vanilla and caramel, followed by red fruits, pear, flowers and peat smoke. The palate balances sweet and spicy flavours of pear, dried fruit, honey, pepper, chilli and smoke, and the finish is medium in length, spicy and smoky.
