Highland Park Cask Strength Release No 4 is the fourth bottling in the distillery's Cask Strength range, part of the Robust and Intense series. It was bottled in 2023 at 64.3% ABV, and the whisky matured in sherry-seasoned European and American oak casks.
The nose shows the sherry casks, with berries, dried fruit, nuts and spice alongside some smokiness and a sea breeze. On the palate it is warm and complex, with light smoke, sweet fruit, white pepper, heather and oak. The finish is long, led by sherry and soft peat.
