Hinch Stout Cask Finish is an Irish blended whiskey made in County Down, combining 25% single malt with 75% single grain. It comes in a 70cl bottle at 43% abv.
The whiskey spent four years maturing in ex-bourbon casks. It then had a further 11 months in oak casks that had held imperial stout beer for four months, which gives the finish its name.
