This is a 12 year old Speyside single malt from Tomintoul, bottled by HIP in a 20cl flask at 46% ABV.
It was matured in a refill sherry butt, and it is bottled with natural colour and without chill filtration.
The nose is fruit-led, with strawberry laces, cocoa and walnut giving a sweet, gently nutty character. A soft sherry influence runs through the profile.
