Hobart Whisky – Tasmanian Whisky Liqueur (50cl, 35%)

This is a whisky liqueur from Hobart Whisky, made by combining the distillery's single malt with Tasmanian Manuka and wildflower honey, orange zest and spice. It is bottled at 35% ABV in a 50cl bottle. Honey drives the sweetness, balanced by orange peel, while the spice adds depth without overpowering. It can be served over ice, with tonic in a cocktail, or as the base of a hot toddy. The nose is sweet honey and orange peel, opening to spice and malty butter. The palate is light, floral and naturally sweet, with fruit salad and cacao nibs. The finish is long and smooth, with spice and orange zest.
