Hochstadter's Slow & Low is a rock and rye, a modern take on a historic American style of flavoured whiskey.
It starts with straight rye whiskey at 84 proof, sweetened with a little rock candy and raw honey. Navel oranges add citrus, and angostura bitters give it the character of an old fashioned, ready to pour from the bottle.
