This is New Make Spirit 04 from Holyrood Distillery, a single malt Scotch new make released under the name Made by Edinburgh. It marks the culmination of the distillery's extensive exploration of heritage beer yeasts and specialty malts. In making this distinctive spirit, the distillers drew on what they had learned from their earlier releases in the Brewer's Series.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
