Hotel Starlino Rosso Vermouth

Hotel Starlino Rosso is an Italian red vermouth aged in bourbon barrels. It is made with natural fruits and herbs, including orange, vanilla and clove, and takes a dark reddish-brown amber colour. On the nose there are dried fruits such as prunes, dates and raisins, with candied cherries, vanilla spice and orange zest. The palate is sweet, rich and generously textured, with vanilla running through notes of raisin, macerated orange, tea, carob and nutmeg. It finishes with a balancing bitterness and fennel.
