Hudson 5 Year Old is a New York straight bourbon from Hudson Whiskey, made in the Hudson Valley with ingredients sourced locally from farmers there.
It was aged for five years in new American oak barrels, from a mash bill of 95% corn and 5% malted barley.
The nose is buttery, with vanilla, citrus and corn bread. On the palate come cashew butter and caramel.
