A 2023 Chichibu release from Ichiro's Malt, made at the Chichibu distillery by Ichiro Akuto and matured in red wine casks. The red wine influence shows in the nose, which has a strong note of red berries alongside dark chocolate and oak. On the palate there are rich ripe fruits, vanilla and subtle spices, leading to a smooth finish.
