This is a single-cask Israeli whisky from the M&H Distillery in Tel Aviv, bottled for the ImpEx Collection at 3 years old. It comes in a 75cl bottle at a full cask strength of 56.5%.
The whisky was distilled on 21 November 2018 and bottled on 16 December 2021 from cask 2018-1069, after a finish in Muscat wine casks.
The nose is herbaceous and spiced, with raisins, dark chocolate, dried fruits, ginger and red currants. The palate is oily and velvety before turning fiery, with berry compote and tannins. The finish is long and sweetish, with red berries and a hint of tropical fruit.
