InchDairnie KinGlassie Double Matured is an 8 year old Lowland single malt Scotch whisky from the InchDairnie distillery in Fife. The distillery makes it once a year, in just two weeks during the winter months.
For the 2025 release it used only malted barley from Fife, peated with mainland peat to over 50 ppm. It was distilled in 2017 and spent five years in ex-bourbon casks, followed by three years in Amontillado sherry casks.
It is bottled at 46.3% ABV in a 70cl bottle, as a limited release.
