Inchdairnie – Raw 8 Year Old Fife Single Malt (46.3%)

Inchdairnie Raw is an eight-year-old Fife single malt bottled at 46.3%. It is heavily peated, made from Fife barley at 50+ ppm, and distilled only once a year, over a single week each winter. It matured entirely in Fife, in ex-bourbon American oak casks, for eight years. This is a limited edition that pairs the raw character of the distillery with an intense smoke.
