RyeLaw is the first official bottling from InchDairnie Distillery in Fife. It is a single grain whisky made from both malted rye and malted barley, bottled at 46.3% in a 70cl bottle.
It was distilled in a Lomond Hill still, a pot still with adjustable plates in the neck, and matured in new oak casks.
The nose is fairly sweet, with vanilla, toffee, grain and nuts. The palate is creamy, with spicy, peppery rye, vanilla, icing sugar, honeycomb and oak. The finish is medium in length, with nougat and bread.
