This is an 18-year-old Inchfad, distilled in April 2007 and bottled in August 2025 by North Star Spirits as number 026 in its Cask Series. Only 168 bottles were filled. The whisky matured in an Oloroso sherry barrel. The nose offers a handful of caramelised cashews. The palate shows dry Oloroso nuttiness in a full-bodied, nutty dram. The finish has plenty to unpack, with cinnamon, cloves and Highland toffee.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
