Inchgower 14 Year Old is a Speyside single malt from Diageo's Flora & Fauna series, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in a mix of American and European oak casks and is non-chill filtered. The distillery stands near the mouth of the River Spey.
The nose has toffee and shortcrust pastry with greengage tart and damson pie, plus a faint gun-metal and cordite edge. The palate is sweet and full-bodied, with honey, citrus, cinnamon and sherry, wood spice and a touch of tobacco. The finish is dry and bitter, with spice and oak.
