Inchgower 1993 is a single cask Speyside single malt from the Manager's Choice Single Cask Selection, in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled in 1993, matured in a sherry cask and bottled at a cask strength of 61.9% ABV.
The nose offers dried fruit, dark chocolate and caramelised nuts, with sea salt and leather underneath. The palate is full and intense, with spiced fruitcake, toffee and roasted coffee beans set against a salty tang. The finish is long and warming, with oak, cinnamon and sherry-soaked raisins.
