Indri-Trini is a triple-cask single malt from the Piccadilly Distillery in the village of Indri, at the foothills of the Himalayas in India. Trini means three, a reference to its maturation in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, French wine casks and American oak bourbon casks. It is bottled at 80.5° proof, or 40.25% ABV.
The nose offers honey, raisins, dark chocolate, warm spices and vanilla, with berries and dried fruits. The palate is silky, with sweet malt, caramel, red fruits and baking spices. The finish is medium to long, with lingering sweetness, oak spice and raisins.
