Invergordon 25 Year Old is a single grain whisky from 1988, bottled by the independent bottler A.D. Rattray at 52.8% ABV. Rattray was founded in 1868 by two men, one of them Andrew Dewar. Tim Morrison, a fourth-generation descendant of Dewar, bought the firm in 2004. Around 1989 to 1991 he had acquired a large number of casks from twelve distilleries, and these remain the foundation of the business.
