This is a single grain Scotch whisky from Invergordon, matured for 34 years in a single bourbon hogshead. It was distilled in 1988 and bottled in February 2022 by House of Macduff for its Golden Cask series.
The cask gave 266 individually numbered bottles. The long time in bourbon wood is described as bringing vanilla sweetness, soft oak and a creamy depth, with a silky texture and a smooth, creamy finish.
