Irish Single Malt 1993 The Whisky Agency (70cl, 49.2%)

This Irish single malt was selected by The Whisky Agency. It was distilled in 1993 and bottled in 2020 after 27 years of maturation, at 49.2% in a 70cl bottle. The outturn was 167 bottles. On the nose there is stone fruit such as apricot and peach, with tropical fruit, vanilla, honey and almond. The palate is creamy and fruity, with mango and passion fruit, alongside beeswax, pepper and wood. The finish is long, with fruity and mineral touches.
