Isaac Bowman is a bourbon from A. Smith Bowman Distillery, aged in charred white oak barrels and then finished in port barrels.
Many of the port barrels come from Virginia wineries. The finish brings flavours of jam, along with caramel and spice.
It is made in a similar way to the distillery's Abraham Bowman port-finished bourbon.
