A single malt Scotch from Isle of Harris Distillery, in a 70cl bottle at 46% abv. The label describes it as made, matured and married in the Outer Hebrides, with the distilling and maturing both done by the distillery.
The nose is earthy and spiced, with shell sand, vanilla, honey and green apple. On the palate come butterscotch and caramel, followed by a salty minerality and a little citrus. The finish is long and dry, with leather, oak and a touch of white pepper.
