Isle of Harris Single Malt Scotch Whisky is an Islands single malt bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in a mix of 35% first-fill Oloroso sherry casks and 65% ex-bourbon casks, and is bottled without chill filtration or added colour.
The nose offers butterscotch and sweet cherry pastry with light fruit, floral hints and gentle spice. On the palate, creamy caramel meets clove and liquorice, with a dry, mineral accent. The finish is long, soft and creamy, with a delicate touch of Hebridean peat smoke.
