The second release of The Hearach Oloroso Release from the Isle of Harris Distillery. It is matured in Oloroso sherry butts sourced from Bodega José y Miguel Martin in Andalusia, with the cask quality checked in 2015.
The whisky is bottled at 46% ABV in a 700 ml bottle, without colouring or chill filtration.
Aromas include cinnamon and orange peel, with clove, green herbal notes and white chocolate.
