Isle of Harris – Single Malt Whisky (75cl)

Isle of Harris Single Malt Whisky is a Scotch single malt in a 750ml bottle, distilled in the village of Tarbert on the Isle of Harris. It is matured in ex-Bourbon and ex-Oloroso sherry casks. The whisky is made, matured and married on the island by a team of young local distillers and blenders who were trained from scratch. Maturation takes place in shoreline warehouses at Ardhasaig, overlooking the Atlantic a few miles from the distillery, and the water used comes from local sources running over Gneiss rock.
