This limited special release from the Isle of Raasay distillery in the Hebrides is a single malt drawn from cask 21/1514. It is bottled at cask strength, 59.3% ABV, in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky matured first in a peated ex-rye whiskey cask. The distillery then finished it in ex-Oloroso and PX sherry quarter casks, completing a double-cask maturation of rye and sherry.
