Jack Daniel's – Australian 1907 White Label Heritage Original (70cl, 37%)

A 70cl bottle of Jack Daniel's 1907 White Label Tennessee whiskey, an Australian special release from 2011, bottled at 37% ABV. It is charcoal mellowed and matured in the cooler parts of the barrel warehouse, where the whiskey does not travel as deeply into the wood. The name looks back to 1907, when Jack Daniel's nephew Lem Motlow took over the distillery and soon introduced a lighter, white-labelled version. The taste is described as light and slightly sweet.
