Jack Daniel's – Bonded Rye Tennessee Whiskey (1L, 50%)

Jack Daniel's Bonded Rye is a Tennessee whiskey in a one-litre bottle at 50% ABV, made under the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897. That means it was distilled in a single season by one distiller, aged for at least four years and bottled at 100 proof. The mash bill is 70% rye, and the whiskey is charcoal mellowed using the Lincoln County Process. The nose brings toasted rye, caramel, vanilla and baking spice. On the palate come dried fruit, toffee, brown sugar and peppery spice, leading to a long, warming, rye-led finish with oak and spice.
