A Tennessee whiskey from the Jack Daniel Distillery in Lynchburg, bottled from a single barrel at 50% ABV, which is 100 proof. It comes in a 70cl bottle.
The whiskey is matured in new, charred barrels of American white oak, and charcoal mellowing through sugar maple charcoal is part of the process. It is made without added colouring and is chill-filtered.
The nose is toasted oak and creamy vanilla with cinnamon, dark cane sugar and a hint of almond. On the palate come green apple and banana with maple syrup, black pepper and firm oak. The finish is long, with toffee, oak and nutmeg.
