Jack Daniel's – Single Barrel Select Tennessee Whiskey (70cl, 45%)

Jack Daniel's Single Barrel Select is a Tennessee whiskey in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 45% ABV. This is an earlier release, in the older presentation. Each bottle is drawn from a single, hand-chosen barrel, so no two are exactly alike. The whiskey is described as more robust than standard Old No.7, with greater emphasis on oak depth and barrel influence. The nose is toasted American oak, vanilla bean, caramel and warm spice, with a hint of banana bread and light fruit. The palate is fuller, with brown sugar, toffee, charred oak, baking spice and gentle smoke, followed by a long, warming finish of oak and sweet spice.
