This is an 11 year old Highland single malt bottled by the independent firm James Eadie, in a 70cl bottle. After maturing in oak casks it was finished in European oak and Malaga hogsheads, which add sweetness.
The nose has baked apples, caramel and toasted oak with gentle spices. The palate brings honey, ripe fruits and a touch of malt, balanced by the sweetness of Malaga wine. The finish is smooth and warming, with spiced fruit and soft oak.
