Jameson Special Reserve is a 12 year old blended Irish whiskey in a 70cl bottle. This older bottling is no longer produced.
It won a gold medal in the Blended Irish Whiskey category at the 2011 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. The blend contains a high proportion of pot still whiskey matured in sherry casks. The result is described as both round and complex.
