Jameson Distiller's Safe is an Irish whiskey bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It pays tribute to Brian Nation, the head distiller who helped build Jameson's reputation.
John Jameson founded the distillery in Dublin in 1780, and distilling continued in Bow Street until 1971. Production is now at Midleton, in County Cork, where a modern distillery opened in 1975.
