Jefferson's – Ocean Aged at Sea Bourbon (75cl)

Jefferson's Ocean Aged at Sea is a limited-edition bourbon in a 750ml bottle, with an unusual maturation behind it. It spends nearly a decade on land before the barrels are put aboard a ship. They travel around the world, call at ports and live with the constant motion of the sea, which increases the contact between spirit and wood. Extreme weather adds to the flavour. The nose brings vanilla, caramel and burnt matches. The palate is thick with butterscotch, vanilla, brown sugar and salted caramel, and the finish carries sweet hints of citrus.
