This is Jim Beam Kentucky straight bourbon in a porcelain decanter modelled on a Fire Chief's car. It comes in a 75cl size at 40% ABV, or 80 proof. The decanter is hand-painted to reproduce the details of the original fire truck. The bourbon was bottled in the 1980s to commemorate the fire department and its bravery during large fires of the period. Inside is an eight-year-old bourbon distilled in the 1970s at the Clermont distillery in Kentucky. The palate shows a pronounced rancio character.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
