This is a Jim Beam bourbon in a jug-shaped decanter, labelled 12 years old and 155 months old. It was released in 1977 as part of the Historic Decanter Series and holds 75cl at 40% ABV, or 80 proof.
Bottling bourbon in decanters took off through the 1960s, and Jim Beam took to the practice with great enthusiasm. By the 1990s there were over 200 Jim Beam Decanter collector's clubs around the world.
