This is an 8 year old Jim Beam bourbon, distilled and bottled at the company's distillery in Clermont, Kentucky. It comes in a decanter from 1974, shaped as an ornate blue vase with a cracked gold and black finish, and is bottled at 43% ABV. The Clermont distillery was reopened in 1935 by James 'Jim' Beauregard Beam, who rebuilt the family business after the repeal of Prohibition.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
